A Few Superdrug Purchases & Swatches

So last week at some point I must have had some money burning a hole in my pocket.. However I did truly need a high facial SPF for when I jet off on holiday shortly, so obviously whilst I was paying packaging for that it made sense to add a few beauty bits I have been lusting after into the basket too...
I picked up the Solait SPF50 Mattifying Face Sun Fluid, primarily because it was on offer, but also because I loved the idea of a mattifying suncream, the idea of a greasy looking suncreamed face makes my skin scream. So lets hope this does me well!
I also picked up the Sleek Face Form Contouring and Blush Palette in the shade Light, after months of longing I finally caved and arrived beautifully packaged and beautifully pigmented. Though I have to say, its a lot smaller than I expected!
Another long term want was the Maybelline Colour Tattoo 24hr Eyeshadow in On and on Bronze, you'll see below in the swatch it is gorgeous and really compliments brown/hazel eyes. In fact, i'm wearing it right now and am loving the staying power.
The two body sprays I just through in as my beloved perfume has run out, and was a very Wintery scent so I picked these up, having to guess what they smelt like by the packaging, intelligent huh! Sunset however is a gorgeous scent, so summery and so holiday. So I am really looking forward to that. Minx is a little less up my street.. a bit too musky, but I am sure I will still make good use of it. It did come free though on a Buy one get one free so I cant complain!

I know right! I've had it less than 24 hours now and already want more shades.
I can now fully understand the hype surrounding them!

Thanks Becky, I too have fallen pretty much head-over-heels for it, it is SO long lasting!
Thanks Fernanda, I too have been guilty of not wearing any facial SPF, even in the hothothot weather we have been having in england, but the thought of lying abroad and sunbathing without one on is a massive nono, so I had to grab one!
Thanks Jemimah, its so gorgeously pigmented, I didn't think I would be as keen on the blush as I am. I only wish the palette was a little bigger!

Is your contour kit in light? I was originally going to buy one of these but went for e.l.f. and i'm regretting it now! I think you've changed my mind - the pigment on the contour looks great! (not too dark) xx

Hi Chloe, no its not too dark at all I thought that too. Yes I got it in the shade light, sorry I must have forgot to mention that in the post! There is an even lighter shade though called fair if you would prefer that!
